Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product being delivered. Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Return Process
If you wish to return a product:
You must arrange the return shipment by yourself.
The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
We do not provide reverse pickup or courier services.
Damaged or Broken Products
If you receive a damaged or broken product:
It is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video from start to finish.
Without an unboxing video, no refund or replacement will be processed under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Important Notes
Products returned in used condition or without proper packaging may be rejected.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
